City Manager

Kathy Dillon

The Union City City Manager is appointed by City Council and manages the day-to-day operations of city government, ensuring that all city services are coordinated and run smoothly.

Born and raised in Michigan, Ms. Dillon moved with her daughter to Tennessee in 2003 and located in Union City in 2007. Kathy has worked in local government since 1991 as a City Clerk, City Treasurer, and as City Manager since 1996. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Bethel University and graduated with the first class to complete the Certified Municipal Finance Officer program through the State of Tennessee in 2010.


City Clerk

Tracy Gore

The City Clerk is the official "keeper" of city documents and City Seal. The City Clerk also serves as the receptionist for City Hall where you can pay your water bill, annual tax, bills and more. Tracy was born and raised in Union City and graduated from Union City High School. Tracy has worked for the City since 2007 and was promoted to City Clerk in 2016.
